Electronic Records and Signatures Disclosure
This disclosure explains your rights when Green River Rentals provides lease and related
records electronically and when you sign documents in the tenant or landlord portal.
It is provided under the U.S. ESIGN Act and Utah Uniform Electronic Transactions Act (UETA).
Scope
Your consent applies to electronic records and electronic signatures for
residential lease transactions with Green River Rentals, including lease PDFs, signing
audit records, and copies delivered by email or through the portal.
Your rights

Paper copies. You may request a paper copy of records covered by this
consent. No fee for paper copies. Contact
info@greenriverinnapartments.com.

Withdraw consent. Digital signatures are optional. You may sign on paper
instead of online. Contact us before signing in the portal if you prefer paper and we will
provide a paper lease. If you already signed online, that signature still counts.

Hardware and software. You need a device with internet access, a current
email address, and software that can read PDF files (for example, a current web browser and PDF viewer).

Retention. We keep signed lease copies and related records for at least 7 years after your lease ends.
